I have a 8GB HyperX Fury DDR4 RAM Card on an ASUS B150M-A MOBO. As you can see in the screenshot, it says im using 7.2 GB of memory (I noticed it since I got a Windows warning of low ram), but if you look at the proccesses there are all of the RAM that is used is ~4GB. I have had this problem...
