well I added 2 fans and tightened the screws on the cooler. I now get an idle temp of 28 degrees

One thing I’m thinking- could it not just be a temp offset? My temp goes down then innediantly goes back up and repeats this a lot

I used the ryzen temp measure, core temp and another one and they all showed temps of around 55C
