Your GPU are definitly bottlenecking if FO4 dips to 20 fps. I use a single 980 ti as well, but can maintain 30 fps at ease with everything maxed out at 4k resolution. I use an intel i7 5820k and hasn't had any problems with fps dips so far (in general). My advice get a decent i7, no point in...
