Ok, I have been around the block with this quite a few times. ..I will try to make this as short as possible. Lag,rubber banding,highjitter,inconsistent upload speeds are the issues. Only on certain days, consistently worse around 5pm to 12 midnight EST time. Carried on when it stops. But...
