    I bought the cheapest gen 1 processor for £40 and sold it on ebay straight after for £30. Was much quicker than going via AMD and didn't cost much.

    https://forum-en.msi.com/index.php?topic=285834.0 I see the same as this guy. I've ordered some cpu cleaner to make sure there is definitely no thermal paste where there shouldn't be so will give it all another clean.

    I see in the bios that both 8gb ram sticks are present in each slot but the total memory is still listed as 8gb in the bios.
