Hi, thanks for reply. I meant clean install (wipe C and then install windows). I found solution on internet. I just had to disable Secure boot in bios, then I was able to run app or install and then I swich back to Secure boot (enable).

Hi guys, I'm so desperate. When I re-install windows 10, I accidentally chose Windows 10 S. After this(I re-install Windows to Home edition), I'm not able to install or run apps(not even cmd :( ) due to Windows Defender. Do you have any idea, how to disable this f* security? I tried everything...
