I think I just need to buy an adapter for a 24 pin to a 6 pin.. this mobo only has a wacky 6 pin, i have a new psu laying around a evga 430w 80+, but obviously doesn't fit. It seems the psu on the pc i ordered failed or wasnt enough, only 230 watts lmao.

Cpu is i5 3470. When you type in msconfig in search bar, this tab pops up. You click boot, advanced options, and you can choose how many cpu's you want working at once. The psu in this system seems small, im wondering if it is. I have a bigger psu but it doesnt have a regular psu 24 pin slot on...

Okay so I bought this HP Elite 8300 off amazon. I put a gt 1030 in it. Everything was working fine, windows started up etc. i changed the cpu cores from 1 to 4 (it was defaulted at 1) when i changed it to 4, i applied and restarted my pc as it requested. Now it shows no display. Any help?

I looked at the manual, and it said to touch the CMOS pins with a screw driver. Did that, still doing the same thing, but now tha fans arent spinning

Oh yeah forgot to note, I already tried taking out the battery the mobo and holding the power button down for greatly over 30 seconds.
