I still have this issue, I didnt check the post for a few months, forgot about it after nothing solved it. Thanks for the help though, and hopefully at some point Ill figure it out haha. Update: I have a 3070ti now, I still get the stutter like once or twice a week, for a few hours.

I downloaded drivers from geforce, intel for my cpu, msi live update for my MOBO, the rest I just let windows automatically install the drivers

I reinstalled my gpu driver through geforce experience, Im asumming DDU is the more in depth way of uninstalling and reinstalling, not sure how to go about it though.

Okay, so I ran it in safe mode, and it does not happen, right after booting back and immediately (even at sign in screen) starts to happen. Now I will try and reinstall my gpu drivers, I just am not sure how to do it safely, I dont wanna <Mod Edit> anything up.

Seems like my bios version is up to date now, msi centre says its the newest version, not sure what to do from there. also I have all my drivers updated but I will do so anyway. Thanks.

I'm not sure what I did, but on my asus z270-A motherboard that I have I was snooping around bios and it said to ez tune raid mode, I enabled it and then it said to select port I clicked cancel because it said it would wipe my drive, and now I cant see my SSD or my Hard drive in bootable device...

I tried everything and still nothing worked, some people told me it was my internet but when I download stuff on my laptop it does not stutter and lag like my pc does.
