Reapplied the thermal paste, still get roughly the same cooling. I tried overdrive, when its under full load it says 15 degrees now. Dont know why.

My Amd A10-7760k is overheating on idle it goes to 60 degrees celsius, and on load it spikes to over 90 degrees celsius. I thought this was due to the CPU fan, so I upgraded it with a zalman cnsp 8900. The temperature still remains the same; help.

I see other people with identical specs and they get 50 fps. So I doubt its my CPU. & how do I make sure my monitor is connected to my gpu? Im using hdmi cable on a TV btw.

I have 2 problems but I think by solving one you can solve the other. First is that I cannot open the nvidia control panel, second is the GTA V is running 20 fps on my computer with lowest possible settings. What I think the problem is that the computer isnt reading the GPU, I already updated...
