    Computer is slow after installing new GPU

    Hi, I just bought a new GPU for my computer (Rx 460) I tried playing some games but they are moving in pictures and when i try to open CSGO it says smthing about the Microsoft Basic Render Device. My PC : CPU - Amd A4 - 7300 RAM- 4 GB PSU - idk Please help
