Light isn't on anymore but pc still wont post

Nope can't boot to bios or safe mode because it wont post any image

Hi guys so today i built my first pc and it does not want to post.Everything works the fans spin the gpu lights and the cpu cooler lights come on and the ram lights indicate that it is detected.The EZ Debug BOOT light stays on so i guess that is the problem. Now before you tell me to clear CMOS...
