.INF drivers on Linux ever possible to run?

It seems if the device flash/start failed for any reason,no recovery is possible from Linux, even with ADB&Fastboot.

Maybe only fastboot/adb packets are further mostly required beside libusb-dev? Related to the booting incapacity after the 2005 error/wrong flash.

.INF drivers on Linux ever possible to run?

I guess that we have to develop either the software utility (SP Flash) or the libraries (a ported version of the Windows-oriented .INF USB MTK Drivers into lib-usb packet or in a new one): http://www.neowin.net/forum/topic/1296880-windows-inf-drivers-on-linux-ever-possible-to-run/#comment-597433086

Much better since Big Bash Week. It unifies two quite different system types. And it does that pretty well for a 1st attempt.

Unfortunately,if SP Flash Tool will go into error 2005 and you're not able to switch on the phone,it won't be rescued on a second attempt as it would on Windows. I'm forced to switch back to Windows.

Any SP version does the same, came back where have I started as to solve this I need the proper USB drivers .(probably the .INF ones)
