My uncle said its probably the modem. We're supposed to be getting a 30/10 but we're only getting a 4/2 ish. Would getting a new modem fix this? And we have to routers >.>

I just did the Pingtest again (7 hours later) and got D* MOS: 3.36 PING 117ms JITTER 125ms

Do i tell them that its just the one PC that its affecting? If so how do you think they'll fix it? Surely they cant control how much power (internet strength) is divided amongst my pc and laptop

i did the pingtest and got Line Quality F* (MOS: 1.00) PING: 518ms JITTER: 583ms and ISP (i'm assuming stands for something close to Internet Service Provider), if i call them how can they help me with just the one PC? everything else works fine, what would i say?
