Hi. I have the same Laptop. Mine did the same thing with bluetooth driver after updating windows 10 and intel drivers from windows update this week. i got in device manager and rolled back the Intel Wireless Bluetooth Driver to Version 21.110.0.3 - dated 6/25/2020. the problem was resolved...
