Yea I see what you mean. but you can stress test with the ingame benchmark aswell? Had no clue. I just ran Heaven for 2 hours, I ran Furmark for around 20 mins, aswell as Performance test 8 @ Very long mode && 3DMark basic.. Haha a little bit of a overkill.. I'll go run the gta benchmark and...

I dont understand, I've done thorough stability testing with 1200 mhz @ the core, and 1500 mhz at the memory for this card. And it passes heaven benchmark, aswell as furmark and performance test.. Yet it is completely failing in GTA and I am forced to use the stock speeds to prevent crashing...

Tbh, i've tried to overclock this gpu more. I added 25 voltage in steps, and nothing improves stability. Think around 1200/1500 may just be the max for this card lol. Any thoughts? Add even more voltage?

I am overclocking this GPU once again and it seemed to be relatively stable @ 1235 & 1500 MHz (Core & Memory). Any further in the core, and it will start showing artifacts every so often, and it just crashed at 1255. So thats beyond the max of the core clock.. Is it worth going up in voltage...

Im not even sad that I had no pc for 2 days, I came to conclusion that my r9 270x does have voltage unlock.. And everything symptom of failure before it died on me seems to have magically dissapeared too. Now left to test and see if my driver will crash.. Cross fingers ;P

I've found it bro, it's alive once again after much research and trying.. Placing the GPU back, and the ram sticks back it suddenly started like nothing had happened. I think in combination with clearing CMOS and removing the battery But appreciate the thoughts bro
