No it should not bottle neck, the 4790k is a beefy cpu it would be fine with a 1080, the 1070 is the only thing that is limiting your fps that I can see.

at $500-$600 you have more than enough to get a nice hi-fi audio head set, at that price point there is no point getting a gaming headset. if you don't mind a wait if can find a very nice set but shipping takes like a month good bass...
