All the 5 fans (1, 1, 3) are currently sending the air to the left side (from front of the case to back). Do you still think i should flip the 212 fan?

Ok. added 2 corsair ML 120 fans today. And the temps have improved some more However, i found out something interesting when trying to tune the newly installed Fan speeds. The temperate reported by Asus AI suite3 and HWMonitor seem to differ by more than 10-15 degrees

if i buy a new cooler, there wont be any use for the newly purchased CM 212 LED. i already had to buy 2 PSUs due to my lack of knowledge (one is sitting in my storeroom now)
