When i play games the game will freeze unpredictably for about 1 second. Ive been struggling for about a year and have tried multiple solutions(CPUs all unparked, video settings lowered, tried running off single gpu, tried activating adaptive vertical sync, disabled Nvidea audio drivers...

Recently bought a new 3tb hard drive but When i try to initialize it just says "incorrect function". Have tried different cables and ports but still nothing. This will be my 3rd Internal Hard drive. I have an ssd for booting and a 500gb hard drive both working perfectly.
