I've checked with 3 different ones and it's all the same the motherboard is an asus maximus ranger viii and I know the cable works because it worked for another pc and I do not use any other network cards

I just finished building my pc and installed windows 10 and I have my pc hardwired to the router with an ethernet cable that i pulled from our old pc and it worked for it and now its saying there is no Internet connection is there something not enabled in bios or what?

I have tried the water pump connecter as well and that didn't do anything I did plug a fan in the cpu header and the fan did indeed spin so I believe now that it's the pump itself
