Why my Zotac 1080TI AMP Extreme Core Edition don't turn off fans on idle, 28C on idling but fans are on 30%. I check on HWMonitor its say 0% fan when I open FireStrom its say 30% (Auto). When I set manual 30% on FireStrom on HWMonitor say 30% ?? I don't know what to do to stop fans? Please help.
