can't afford a branded one. I wanna know if the card will run on the generic PSU? So the AMPS doesn't matter? I just read that GTX 760 requires at least 30A on a 12V rail with 500W. I don't understand what 30A and 12V means.

I wonder if I can run the card with a generic power supply with some Core Elite name and shit. I think it's made in China? It's a 600W power supply. I know there is some AMPS requirements and I don't about power supply. Any help or suggestion?

I have this problem to, turn on and off the computer until it shows post messages. The problem maybe is your motherboard. Maybe VRM (Voltage Regulator Module) was broken. Just buy a new motherboard to fix your problem.

my guess is the RAM. And removing the graphics card and use intergrated graphics of your CPU if there is signal then your GPU is the problem
