All seems to be working fine now. Booting into Windows 10 without a hitch. Massive thanks to Colif and Rogue Leader. I would have been lost without your time and expertise.

Scrap the above - I seem to be able to boot into a fresh install of Win10 okay now. Will see how it goes from here.

The motherboard is an Nvidia nForce 650i SLI. I didn't install the RAID drivers when installing Win10 - I just deleted the two existing partitions and installed windows on the new one.
