Since around 3 days ago, my desktop would turn on fully but no output is displayed. This started when i got invited to play a game, when i started the game my pc completely shut down, now whenever i try to turn it on nothing happens on my monitors but I can hear the computer is fully functional...

A couple weeks back I downloaded fallout 4, and its been a nightmare since then. Every time I try to play something my computer screen goes black and the audio from the just crashes and becomes very loud for about 10 seconds and stops. I can still hear my computer running but no audio or visuals...
