so i ran some more test using passmark and its saying i am running at slightly higher than normal numbers ill chock that to the liquid cooling and call it a day but my task manger is still reporting 6.02 ghz does anyone know how to remedy that?

i completely agree this isn't possible and i just noticed something even weirder now on cpu-z its bouncing back and forth between .97v and 1.2v and the core speed is bouncing between 1596-3192 mhz at x16-x32 multiplier what the heck is going on?? ill run a benchmark now
