    Do you need OS, monitor, keyboard, mouse? With a max of $1000 budget you can probably get a 1TB HDD and a 250GB SSD. Unless you just want an SSD.

    Save it for peripherals or a capture card. You can easily stream/ do YouTube with the i5-4690k w/ 16GB RAM. For keyboard/mouse go with the Thermaltake Commander Bundle. It's pretty good for it's price.
