i just want to install dragon ball z xenoverse 2 in my pc. but it was giving an error of a missing file of some .dll type. then, i downladed that file. when i copied .dll file to my game location, it was saying that winrar can only copy rar and zip archeive files...... how cam i fix it...????

I've installed Need for Speed SE II in my laptop with Windows 8.1 Pro. But it is not running. A little circle appears on the cursor for a moment. Then, nothing happens. Kindly tell me how to run the game. I just love this game,,,,, It's a request.......!!!!!
