I would recommend a higher output PSU. I usually get Thermal Take or Cooler Master PSUs. I would recommend at least 650W if not 750W, if you can afford it. The Geforce RTX 4060 is a generic identifier. If you could provide more specifics, it would be helpful.

if you had another monitor, you could set the resolution to the TV from there, essentially temporarily using dual screens to do it. I am fairly certain the GPU is trying to send too high of a resolution to the TV.
