    So i had this problem for a month and it was really annoying. My fps were 20 - 40 on Gta V and like just 60 fps even though im suppose to have 100 fps. the screen resolution is 1440x 900 on Gta V and cs go 4:3 1024 x 768. Is it bc i use a dp port to vga port. my temps are good its around 40 deg...
