I think my intel celeron g1820 cpu is problem. I have fps drop in League of Legend, dk why. I know that this is weak cpu but it should run lol easy. Have r7 250 gpu, i think that isnt problem. I changed termal paste today on cpu but it still lag. I reinstalled windows and google much about this...
