so, plot twist, due to some shit that went down, I ended up purchasing 4x2GB PC10600 ram, instead of the HyperX. Will it cause any issues with this motherboard(ASROCK z68 Pro3 M)? because the motherboard is due to arrive after 2 days.

GTX 960 goes way above my current budget, in the UAE it's a very small market and shit like GPUs and Gaming stuff is very overpriced! I'm lucky actually to be getting this GPU this cheap. normally its almost double in price haha :D Although I can look into a aftermarket cooler.

I don't have a aftermarket cooler. Should I just stick with base speed? and how good is it for games on medium details. (Specially GTA V)

I Would certainly recommend going for the GPU First. Your current processor, although, won't be able to match the GTX 960, but it is an even worse match with a GT 610. I believe the Current GPU is bottle-necking the CPU a bit.
