This is with a game open, but the normal(?) usage is the lower one in the middle and when its at 46%~ is when amd adrenalin is open / the sound starts

Sound is pretty much the same at every hz once it starts, i've tried and 60/120/144fps. I wouldnt mind the noise ( for the most part) if it werent for the seemingly slowly increasing gpu temps ,maybe its something to do with amd adrenaline but again, cannot find anything online similar to this...
