I have a small 92mm mounted in the expansions slots bringing cold air in to the GPU, HDD cage+ PSU cover blocks lower fan airflow so only really cools HDD's... I found this dropped my temps a few degrees.

Most likely seeing as both the 4300 and 6300 are very close performance wise, you may not experience any throttling due to the extra "cores" but I believe anything over the GTX970 or R9 380 will have a slight bottleneck, I'm waiting until Zen is released to decide on any upgrade, I'm playing GTA...
