Resetting the BIOS settings fixed the problem! Not sure what setting I changed that caused this, but it is now fixed! Thank you so much for your help!

I have replaced the SATA cable on the hard drive, but it still does not show up in the device or disk management page, even after I rescan. The HDD does not show up in the BIOS. The SATA ports are enabled in the BIOS.

I built a computer with a SSD with the operating stystem and a regular hard drive to save everything else on. The SSD works fine, but the regular hard drive is not even showing up in the device management. Any suggestions? Thank you!
