You need to clean install windows. Do not reuse old windows system on the drive. Clean install!

That video card could be the source of your problems. It might not be properly supported by windows 10. Do you have a more recent video card to try?

Did anyone make any changes to the bios values? As the previous poster stated, could any work being done inside the case ,if any, caused cables or connectors to become loosened?

Nothing wrong with standard fans. They provide their maximum cooling all the time. PWM is great for noise reduction. If your standard fans spinning all the time at maximum rpm do not bother you audibly, stick with that solution. It will provide max temp control.

He did not need to specify which dvi connection. His monitor obviously has a standard dvi cable connection.
