I dont understand, does fps make any diffrence in hz if i like play a game on 60 fps on 144hz moniter, does the monitor run at 60hz or still 144hz?(sorrry for the bad english)

[Moderator note: moved post to Memory.] I have a Asus M5A78L-M/USB3 and AMD Athlon II X3 415e and i know that it uses ddr3 but cpu word said it supports ddr3 1333 but can i use ddr3 1600 i am confused?

can i but put a gtx 750 ti 2gb Gainward Golden in to a ecs geforce 8000 series motherboard (500w power supply) and i have a ddr2 2x2gb and can i switch a geforce 9800 gt to a gtx 750 ti 2gb Gainward Golden?
