Just to give a perspective I have been downloading it for two hours now at this speed. I don't know much about networking, could it cause it to move this slow?

Downloading MS Flight simulator and my ISP DL speed is a bit over 400 Mbps. The client download speed will fluctuate between 10-100 Mbps, but the overall progress only goes up by what it looks like 10 mbps. Any help or idea on why this is or how to improve the download speed? Images for...

Prior to installing the new one I have never experienced a packet loss or ping drop. I will check the old one if they haven't disconnected the account yet. I also get packet loss when ping testing the IPV4 and IPV6 DNS servers but not the WAN, does this shed any light onto it?

No packet loss when pinging 10.0.0.1, could jumps in the ms response time from 1ms to about 20ms
