I'm just flashed the most recent updated bios to 3802 x 64 today. It's weird because even when I put back my old ram in and take the new one out, i'm still experiencing the same issues. I recently just installed a set of Crucial Ballistix DDR4 DRAM 3600MHz 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) to my A2 and B2 slots on my Maximus VIII Hero. Everything goes smoothly, board posts, computer boots. I then go into BIOS and enable XMP, DDR4-3603 16-18-18-38-1.35v. Everything still seems to be running...
