I have an asus gtx 1050 ti phoenix graphics card and I was wondering if it's worth overclocking it? If yes, how much? Specs : ryzen 5 1600 Mobo msi mortar b350m 8 gb hyper x 2666mhz ram

Like the title says. I am looking for a micro atx mobo for my ryzen 5 1600. I was thinking about buying the msi mortar or the gigabyte gaming 3. Are there any better ones out there or should I buy one of those? I can only go for micro atx since I have a small case

I have trouble running skyrim on ultra and high settings. Outdoors I get around 40-50, but it can drop to mid 30's even low 20's in towns, indoors always 60 fps. I wonder why do I get such low fps outdoors when I have all the recommended system specs? Could it be that my CPU is too weak...
