My front panel audio jack is broken and one of my back audio jacks is being used for speakers. hacking or spying on me?

Just look into the camera and say, "I see you". Then start laughing like a maniac for 20 minutes and if someone is using it maliciously, I guarantee they will stop. They might even start going to church again.

Everything you need to know about Hot-swappable hard drives

Thanks Giantbucket. My BIOS isn't locked down. This definitely helped! is that external "toaster" drive bay as fast as the sata would be? I wouldn't mind installing it in my PC but that toaster thing could come useful if I wanted to use it with other computers.

Raspberry Pi vs banana Pi HTPC

I've been looking into this and it seems like Raspberry pi is by far the best option. The processors are different so the operating systems that you could install on a raspberry pi wont work on the banana pi. And it doesn't seem like any of the big names in XBMC/KODI are planning on making it...

VLC Won't play unless a video file is dragged onto the program.

This is how I solved the problem: - I closed the program (VLC) - I opened the task manager (ctr, alt, del) - I clicked show processes from all users - I found a process that VLC was currently running - I ended that process. - I started VLC up again and it worked fine. Must have just been a bug

Everything you need to know about Hot-swappable hard drives

Thanks for your response. Sorry I didn't include all of that info. The banana pi is like a raspberry pi but it has a sata port. I plan on using it as a media center. I would be planning on buying a completely separate hard drive for this project (the former of the choices you laid out). My...

    Super Charger notification Icon missing

I have an msi motherboard that is compatible with the msi Super Charger application and I've loved using it for the past couple years. Usually when I plug my device in, a little icon will appear on the bottom right of my screen right by the date and time (I'm on windows 7). In order to turn...
