Just to clarify things, I got the card to work perfectly, The problem was that my monitor couldn't support passive signal as I was using an adapter. I got a new monitor and everythinh is working fine, I know that the psu isn't a good a quality but this wasn't the main problem.

The psu has an 4 pin for the cpu power, and I was using them in the 8 pin connector of the motherboard, now I need to make the cable longer cause I need to put a gpu on and the cable will not reach the motherboard, I have an adapter that can be used as 4 to 4 or 4 to 8 pins. Hope u understand me
