Hi all, I'm trying to help my elderly mother resolve an issue with a game she plays on her PC. She's been playing Jewel Quest 6, loaded via PC CD-ROM, for years. A month ago it stopped loading. If I reinstall, she'll lose her game progress. And I'm not sure that'd fix the issue anyway...
