When I open Google AdSense page, all the icons have gone, instead there is text in all the places where icons should be. Can someone help me to solve this issue? I have tried deleting cache and cookies, it's not working.

I have two HDD's, HDD 1 has Windows 7, HDD 2 has Windows 10. HDD 2 is Active disk, which means Boot Manager is on it. I have bought new HDD 3 and I have cloned HDD 1 on HDD 3. I have disconnected HDD 1 but now I can't boot. Why, if Boot Manager is on HDD 2? Can someone help me?
