power limit is at 100% and voltage its at 1150 mv. Also it clocks to 2600 while benchmarking or gaming

and gpuid, heaven benchamrk, 3dmark, furmark and radeon adrenalin its reporting a 6600xt, for a while i though i got a 6600 non xt as an xt

Its the included 450w fractal bronze but I had a 3060ti drawing 200w and never had a problem

I recently bought a 6600xt(Gigabyte eagle) and gaming or doing benchmarks its only drawing 130 w max. I have a 11400f and 16gb 3200 mhz dual chanel. The gpu is currently using pcie 3.0 because I have a fractal node 202 and it came with a pcie 3.0 riser. Can anybody help I think Im losing a...
