also make sure that you have the USB connector in correctly, if that doesnt work post what you are seeing and we will get this working for you. It is honestly the best software for any of the all in one units I have used. I have the corsair units and I like this one better.

what about removing the Intel RST and control center software? If you do that after resetting the system in control-I with the intel bios.
