    I am using an Ethernet cord that connects my PC to my laptop(and the laptop connects to the internet wirelessly). My laptop send and receive speeds match and reach around 1-15 Mbps. My receive speed for my PC matches the laptop's speed, but the send speed is less than 1 Mbps. I don't know what...
