I ould manually set the IRQ'a for your two devices. Or you may have IRQ steering turned of in the BIOS. IRQ steering, if you can even access some sort of option for it, is very important in modern systems.

I had problems with my game too. Seems that having my PCIe slots over clocked to 125mhz was the problem. I backed them down to 100MHZ and now the game never crashes.

When you overclock FSB, you also overclock the memory. Make sure your Mem can handle the added stress.

Just get the E6750, leave it alone and have fun with it. These chips are so overpowered that you will never utilize the chip too its full potential. Think of having a Dodge Viper, the power is there if you ever need it, but it would be stupid to make it even more powerful.
