    External HDD Error

Your drive is failed at this point, it happens. If the data is important enough, professional recovery is an option, WD has referral sources on their website. If the data is not that important, pull the drive out of the case (you'll void your warranty), and try to slave it. If it mounts...

HDD Heads Damaged, Can i Replace the Arm Unit? (Pic attached)

This is not a 'do it yourself' fix, unfortunately. I do know that DriveSavers will evaluate it for you for free (google 'em), and provide you a quote (they got my data back). But opening a hard drive and exposing the platters is a wrong move...

HDD making beeping sounds (Pics/Vids inside!)

Yes, toss it or use it as a paper weight. Never open a drive if it has critical data (I get yours didn't), you can't fix it yourself anyway.

Hard drive inaccessible after canceling chkdsk

was chkdsk finding issues? If so, the drives dead. Dump it. Even if you get it to come back, it'll most likely continue to throw errors at you. I wouldn't rely on it for anything.

Raid 5 HDD Replacement with different Manufacturer?

You can replace with whatever brand you want, but do not make the mistake of trying to replace with a drive that has a lower sector count. Make sure the count is the same or higher and you're fine. Replacing one at a time is fine, letting it rebuild completely after each is replaced, but as...

When you restore your MacBook Air and connect your iPhone, will the system erase your iPhones data or will it transfer to your

It shouldn't wipe your phone, it should just ask you if you want to trust the phone/computer and then prompt to backup the phone. I only say shouldn't as mistakes happen, but it's not designed to do that.

    Recovery killing wi-fi

You may want to check your router settings... Is it broadcasting the SSID?

Lost Raid 1 after Power Supply Unit(PSU) failed

what did you use to clone the drive? I'd use something that can create a DD image, which would be sector by sector exact. It's also possible that when you had the failure it actually caused some damage to the drive that your cloning from in the boot sector, which would kill any real chance of...

How to decrypt encrypted files that I recovered. I have my passcode!

You had encrypted the card before? That's unusual. What kind of device is it coming from? You would need to access from the SD card itself, most likely. Professionals may be able to help, but it's not cheap.

How to recover deleted folder from recycle bins?

They're not necessarily gone, but if the software programs you've tried, and that USAFret has suggested don't work, it's time for professional recovery if your data is worth the potential cost. Call DriveSavers (www.drivesavers.com) and they'll give you a quote over the phone and a free...

    Need help with data recovery

Anything overwritten is gone. You can't unflip a flipped bit. Anything not overwritten will probably come back. Call DriveSavers, I've used them before with great results.
