Aha, I didn't check this. Definitely poor flow. One is definitely heating up, the other cold as ice. Can I fix this? Or should I buy new cooling?

Hi, Strangest thing: had a virus, (think) I got rid of it, but can't properly scan my PC because my CPU keeps overheating... Pretty much instantly goes up after booting, hangs around 85 degrees, after 2 or 3 minutes it reaches 94 and begins hogging. Already replaced thermal paste, literally no...
