Update: This system is working again. It takes 7 minutes to boot up though. I've been working with Supermicro tech support and they figure they know the problem. I have 2-SSD's that are SATA II, 2-HDD's that are SAS-2, and now 2-HDD's that are SAS-3. They said one is not supposed to mix SATA...

I just realized that I never posted the solution. The motherboards built in sound chip was bad. Supermicro replaced the mother board and all is well.
