I can hear the windows 11 log in sounds despite it being a blank screen, so I assume it's still getting into windows.

Using a strix 1080 non ti as the old gpu. HDMI doesn't work either.

I just bought a GTX 1080 Ti FE off of ebay listed as tested and working but I can't get any display out of it. When I turn my PC on I can hear it boot into Windows over my speakers, the GPU light turns on and off a couple of times, fan spinning at normal speed, everything looks fine. However...
